I added more stills from Emmerdale. I also added pictures from Sam's Circus. Daniel's contract with Emmerdale ends in June and it has not been renewed. So stay tuned to find out what is next for him.

The website has been updated to include Emmerdale. He has sent me a bunch of stills that have been added to the gallery. I will be working on getting my hands on some stills from Sam's Circus. I found out that the one I had was not Daniel.

November 2004
Sorry for the lack of updates lately, but a lot of things have been going on in my life. I have added the information from my trip to meet Daniel in person here. I 've also added pages for each of the playes that he was in while with the RSC, so chec out the career page. Daniel's also sent me a few pictures from these plays and they are located on the mulitmedia pages. There is also a new head shot of Daniel in the Simply Daniel Gallery. This past year Daniel finished his stint with the RSC and has been doing voice overs. He also played Ben on the BBC's Down to Earth. Soon fans will be able to see him at the Royal Exchange Theater starring in Rutherford and Son.

I just did a little updating here and there on the site. There will be a special update in the next couple of weeks too. I got to meet Daniel in person last month and I'm going to share some of my experience with you..including two new pictues. So stay tuned.

Sorry for the delay between updates but I moved and got a new job, so I've been a bit short on time. However, this update is a good one! Check out the Bio section for the Mid 2002 and September 2002 updates which are brand new. I am also adding a fan art section for those of you with artistic talent. If you have a picture you would like to send in, I would love to post it!

The Hours is out nationwide now. I have to say I just saw it and it is a very powerful movie. Daniel has a very small part. He plays Rodney and is the flower shop with Meryl Streep near the beginning of the movie.

I've got BIG BIG news for Daniel's fans. I think I'll let Daniel make the announcement himself:

"I was offered next year's season with the Royal Shakespeare Company. I'm playing Silvious in As you like it, Rowland in The Tamer Tamed and Chiron in Titus Andronicus. I'm really pleased about this as its a real opportunity to expand myself and learn an entirely new discipline. Plus I'm guarantied work for a year. Its great!"

I am really excited for Daniel about this. I love that he is going to be in Titus...it's my favorite Shakespeare play. For those of you who saw Julie Tamor's movie Titus starring Sir Anthony Hopkins, the character Daniel gets to play on stage was played by Jonathan Rhys-Meyers (who I loved in Gormenghast).

The DBO has a new look. Another Life is for sale at Blackstar. There are new galleries. I am proud to say that The DBO will be featuring one video clip from Daniel's various projects each month (join the forum's mailing list to find out when a new clip is posted). There has also been a big update to the bio section, check out all the new info about Daniel and his career.

Sorry for not updating the web site for a couple months.

Empire's May 2001 issue says that the movie The Hours is due out in late 2001 or early 2002

April 2001
The Hole is scheduled to be released in the UK on April 20th.
The site is given a new look and updated with new information about Daniel.

February 2001
The Criminal was released in the UK in January. Since bookstores in the US get import magazines a month late, I only now know this fact. I will be adding a couple of reviews from the film.

The Hole is set to be released in 2001.
